1. Club Access By purchasing a membership, the undersigned becomes a temporary or full member of Atlantic Jetskis, a private recreational watercraft club. This agreement permits supervised access to club-owned jet skis in accordance with club rules.

2. No Rentals Member understands this is not a rental agreement. Jet skis are not rented to the public. All use is under direct supervision and restricted to designated club operating zones.

3. Safety Obligations Member must wear a life jacket at all times Must follow staff instructions Must attend a mandatory safety briefing before operating any watercraft Must stay within supervised zones

4. Liability Waiver Member agrees to sign the Liability Waiver and Release before participating in any activity. Member assumes all responsibility for risks associated with personal watercraft use.

5. Code of Conduct No reckless behavior or high-speed stunts No use under the influence of alcohol or drugs Disrespect toward staff or other members may result in removal

6. Insurance and Responsibility Member acknowledges that all jet skis are insured by Atlantic Jetskis Club. However, the member accepts personal liability for any damage caused by reckless or unauthorized operation.

7. Termination of Membership Atlantic Jetskis reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership without refund for any violation of club rules or unsafe conduct.

Atlantic Jetskis - Liability Waiver & Release

• I, the undersigned, acknowledge that operating or riding a personal watercraft (jet ski) is a hazardous activity that involves risk of injury or death.
• I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any harm that may occur while participating in this activity provided by Atlantic Jetskis LLC.
• I release and discharge Atlantic Jetskis LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage to person or property, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.
• I agree to obey all safety instructions, wear a life jacket, remain within designated areas, and operate the craft safely and responsibly.

Atlantic Jetskis - Safety Briefing Summary

Before riding

• Life jackets are mandatory.
• Only ride in designated areas.
• No high-speed stunts, wake jumping, or reckless turns.
• Always yield to other watercraft.
• Keep at least 100 feet from shorelines, swimmers, and other boats.
• Report any mechanical issues immediately.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate termination of access.

Refund Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged in full. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no cost.
Privacy Policy: We collect basic contact and waiver information to ensure safety and fulfill service obligations. We do not sell or share your personal information.

This is not a rental — it’s a guided recreational session under the supervision of certified club staff. Perfect for thrill-seekers who want to ride responsibly while enjoying the stunning NY waters.

I release and discharge Atlantic Jetskis Club, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage to person or property, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.
